    1. 準備工具 (Prepare Tools) 準備一條軟尺（裁縫用布尺）。若無軟尺，可使用細繩或紙條搭配直尺。 Prepare a flexible measuring tape (like one used for sewing). If unavailable, use a string or paper strip with a ruler.

    2. 環繞手腕 (Wrap Around Wrist) 將軟尺環繞手腕骨下方（靠近手掌處），保持平貼且舒適，不過緊或過鬆。 Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone (closer to the hand), keeping it snug and flat, not too tight or loose.

    3. 記錄尺寸 (Record Measurement) 記下軟尺顯示的尺寸（以厘米為單位）。若用繩子或紙條，標記重疊處後以直尺測量長度。 Note the measurement shown on the tape (in centimeters). If using a string or paper strip, mark the overlap and measure the length with a ruler.
